Revised Brand Guidelines

These brand guidelines demonstrate the correct way for partners and community members to use the Premium.Coffee brand assets. Maintaining consistent use of the Premium.Coffee brands and naming conventions across all platforms builds greater clarity, trust, and utility for the $PREMIUM and $COFFEE tokens.

Official Logo Use

Premium.Coffee has granted Coffee Community the right to use the Premium.Coffee trademarks. You may use Premium.Coffee trademarks, which include Premium.Coffee word marks and logos ("Trademarks"), only in compliance with these guidelines and for lawful purposes. Except as expressly stated in these guidelines or in separate agreements with Premium.Coffee, no other rights are granted to you.

Premium.Coffee may update these guidelines periodically. You are responsible for complying with the most current version.

Permitted Use: Premium.Coffee Trademarks may only be used to refer to $PREMIUM and $COFFEE tokens, Premium.Coffee, and Coffee.Community products and services.

Your Responsibilities:
— You acknowledge that Premium.Coffee is the sole owner of the Trademarks
— You will not challenge Premium.Coffee's rights to its Trademarks
— You will not harm, misuse, or bring into disrepute any Premium.Coffee Trademarks
— You may not register or use Premium.Coffee Trademarks in company names, domain names, social media accounts, or in ways that imply Premium.Coffee's sponsorship or endorsement
— You may not use the Trademarks for phishing, malware, or any unlawful activities
— All goodwill from using the Trademarks belongs exclusively to Premium.Coffee

Logo Specifications: When using Premium.Coffee logos, you must use the official versions provided by Premium.Coffee. Do not alter, distort, or modify the logos without explicit permission from Premium.Coffee.

Enforcement: Premium.Coffee reserves the right to object to any trademark use it considers improper, even if not explicitly prohibited in these guidelines. You agree to immediately cease using the Trademarks if requested by Premium.Coffee, and to transfer any infringing domains, social media accounts, or other assets to Premium.Coffee.

Usage Guidelines:
  • Clear Space: Always maintain clear area around the logo
